Late day interlude at the beach

SNAPSHOTS OF THE BEACH;

Waves rolling in;
Crests white in dying day
with sun-kissed wind
for summer's play.

Sand castles built
while sand babies smiling
dig for treasure troves
of miracle mirth hiding.

Pleasant passage.

Disappointment plain
at dinner bell's toll,
but bellies rule hours, thus
may tomorrow's sun play main role.

    Oh, I LOVE that!

    This photo and your words reminded me of when I lived close to the beach in Florida and would enjoy sitting in the lifeguard stand; watching the sunset.

    Sunset is my favorite time of the day.

    Thank you for sharing!

  2. Thanks for visiting Ron. I love the beach and wish an ocean was in my back yard, but make do when I can. Have a super weekend!
